AtlasCore AI operates AI-powered software, marketing automation systems, and SMS communication tools designed to help clients manage and enhance business communications.
By using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

This Agreement applies to:
The AtlasCore AI website and web applications.
AI-powered automation and analytics systems.
Any SMS, email, or digital communication services operated under AtlasCore AI.
Any client or user data collected, processed, or stored by AtlasCore AI.
3. Information We Collect
AtlasCore AI collects information to operate effectively and provide the best experience for users and clients. Information collected includes:

Name, email address, phone number, and business information.
Payment or billing information (processed through third-party services such as Stripe).
Messages, communications, or records of customer support interactions.
3.2 Automatically Collected Data
IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system.
Usage data including site navigation, analytics, and performance metrics.
Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies.
3.3 AI Data Processing
AtlasCore AI’s automated systems may analyze data inputs (including client information, messages, and uploaded content) to provide services such as message generation, analytics, and workflow automation.
All AI-driven data handling follows secure, limited-use standards and complies with applicable data protection laws.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from AtlasCore AI regarding:

8.2 Opt-Out Procedure
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier.

Messages are sent via registered and verified A2P 10DLC numbers.
Data used for SMS is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties for independent marketing purposes.
All opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.

Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but doing so may affect site functionality.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, AtlasCore AI makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, interpretations, or AI-generated results.
13.3 Limitation of Liability
AtlasCore AI and its affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Service interruptions, data loss, or performance issues.
Misuse of automation tools or client data inputs.
Errors in AI-generated recommendations or communications.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months of service.
13.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtlasCore AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of services or violation of this Agreement.
13.5 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, USA.
13.6 Changes to Terms
AtlasCore AI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
