- Errors in AI-generated recommendations or communications.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months of service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtlasCore AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of services or violation of this Agreement.

⚖️ 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, USA.

14.1 Changes to Terms

AtlasCore AI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
